Care Instructions
Our pieces are crafted with love – we hope you’ll care for them the same way.

• Handwash only is recommended for everyday use.

• Dry cleaning is highly encouraged for heavy embroidery and full-threadwork kurtis, as they may experience slight shrinkage due to the delicate nature of the work.

• If you prefer handwashing, please avoid harsh detergents or washing powders. Use a gentle fabric softener and always handle your kurtis with care.

Material Note
Our fabrics are pre-washed and do not shrink significantly. However, as cotton is a natural fiber, a slight shrinkage may occur after washing – this is normal.
Once ironed and worn for a few minutes, the fabric generally returns to its original fit and flow.

Sizing & Fit

• We kindly advise you to refer to our measurement chart before placing your order.

• If your measurement falls between sizes, please consider choosing one size up to allow for natural cotton movement after wash.

Delivery Info

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days upon payment confirmation.

• Swift delivery may occur based on your location.

• Tracking details will be provided – feel free to monitor your parcel's journey!

Exchange & Returns Policy
We truly value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our pieces.

• Exchanges are allowed for valid reasons, including sizing concerns (provided the item is in original condition).

• We strictly do not accept exchanges or returns for wear & tear, damage from machine washing, or mishandling. We kindly ask that you treat our kurtis gently.

• If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g. stains or tears), or if a kurti shrinks more than 1 inch after washing, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

• Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item in its original packaging.
